Some very interesting information...about upcoming infrastructure

* Parramatta Square redevelopment is due for completion in 2019 at a cost of about $2B. The first tower of 68 stories has been unveiled for commercial and residential use with 700 apartments. #homebuyers

* Western Sydney University is to occupy a second tower with a new high-rise campus also at Parramatta Square at a cost of $220.5 million

* Parramatta has a plan for a light rail to connect it to Epping, Macquarie Park and the Sydney Metro.

* Westmead Hospital had $1B pledged for upgrades prior to the last election from Mike Baird the Minister for Western Sydney and the Premier.

* The Powerhouse Museum is being relocated to Parramatta

* The Pirtek stadium is undergoing massive expansions to increase capacity

Total funding commitments in #Parramatta and surrounds are about $8B which is very similar to the value being spent in and around Sydney CBD. Now is the time to invest here.
